2006 New York Code - Involuntary Unemployment Insurance Policies.



 
    §  3448.  Involuntary  unemployment  insurance  policies.  (a) In this
  section,  the  term  "policy  of  involuntary  unemployment   insurance"
  includes  any  policy  covering  the  kind  of  insurance  described  in
  paragraph thirty of subsection (a) of section one thousand  one  hundred
  thirteen of this chapter.
    (b)  A  policy  of  involuntary  unemployment  insurance  shall not be
  subject to section three thousand  four  hundred  twenty-five  or  three
  thousand four hundred twenty-six of this article.
    (c)   The   superintendent   may   promulgate   regulations  regarding
  involuntary unemployment insurance policies, including, but not  limited
  to, regulations governing policy terms and conditions, and may establish
  other reasonable limitations.
