2006 New York Code - Qualifications Of Voters.



 
    § 151. Qualifications of voters.  No person shall vote at the election
  provided  for  in  section one hundred fifty of this article unless such
  person is at least eighteen years of age; has been actually residing  on
  the  reservation for six months immediately preceding such election; and
  is certified as a blood right member of the Poospatuck Indian nation  by
  the  tribal  council of such nation in accordance with the tribal rules,
  customs and regulations of the Poospatuck Indian nation.
