2006 New York Code - Highways And Bridges On Indian Reservations.



 
    §  53.  Highways and bridges on Indian reservations. The Department of
  transportation shall have supervision and control, in the  construction,
  maintenance  and  improvement of all highways and bridges constructed or
  to be constructed by the state on any Indian reservations, and may  make
  and  enforce  such  reasonable  orders, rules and regulations concerning
  their use as it shall deem necessary. The cost of such  maintenance  and
  construction  and  improvement,  and removal of snow therefrom, shall be
  paid by the state out of any moneys appropriated  for  the  maintenance,
  construction and improvement of highways.
