2006 New York Code - Undertaking Exempt From Taxation.



 
    §  411.  Undertaking  exempt  from taxation. So long as a municipality
  shall own any undertaking, the property, within  the  municipality,  and
  all revenue of such undertaking shall be exempt from taxation.
