2006 New York Code - Effect Of The Repeal Of A Statute Upon Amendments Thereof.



 
    §  91. Effect of the repeal of a statute upon amendments thereof.  The
  repeal by  the  Consolidated  Laws  of  a  statute  includes  a  statute
  amendatory of the statute repealed.
