2006 New York Code - Seal On Written Instrument.



 
    §  44-a.  Seal  on  written  instrument. Except as otherwise expressly
  provided by statute, the presence or absence of a seal  upon  a  written
  instrument   executed   after   August  thirty-first,  nineteen  hundred
  forty-one shall be without legal effect.
