    §  94.  Selling,  hypothecating  or  pledging  property  received  for
  transportation or storage. A person mentioned  in  sections  ninety  and
  ninety-one,  who  sells  or  pledges any merchandise for which a bill of
  lading, receipt or voucher has been issued by him, without  the  consent
  in  writing thereto of the person holding such bill, receipt or voucher,
  is guilty of a misdemeanor.
