2006 New York Code - Standards Of Flammability.



 
    §  502.  Standards  of  flammability.  Any  product, fabric or related
  material shall be deemed so  highly  flammable  within  the  meaning  of
  section  five hundred one of this article, when it fails to conform to a
  standard or regulation  promulgated  by  the  commissioner,  and  to  an
  applicable standard or regulation issued or amended under the provisions
  of  section four of the federal "Flammable Fabric Act" as promulgated by
  the Federal consumer product safety commission.
