2006 New York Code - Prohibitions.



 
    §  501.  Prohibitions.  The  manufacture  and/or sale, or offering for
  sale, or the introduction, delivery for introduction, transportation  or
  causing  to  be  transported  in  commerce or for the purpose of sale or
  delivery after sale in commerce,  of  any  product,  fabric  or  related
  material  which under the provisions of section five hundred two of this
  article is so highly flammable as to be dangerous when worn or  used  by
  individuals, shall be unlawful.
