2006 New York Code - Corporations; Additional Penalty For Second Offense.



 
    §  351-c.  Corporations;  additional  penalty for second offense. If a
  domestic corporation shall be convicted of a  second  offense  hereunder
  the  supreme court shall have jurisdiction upon an action brought by the
  attorney-general, in the name  of  the  people,  for  that  purpose,  to
  dissolve  such  corporation;  and  if  a  foreign  corporation  shall be
  convicted of a second offense, such court shall have jurisdiction in  an
  action  brought  in  like manner to restrain such corporation from doing
  business in this state.
