2006 New York Code - Separability.



 
    §  199-k.  Separability.  If  any  provision  of  this  article or the
  application of such provision to any  person  or  circumstance  is  held
  invalid,  the  remainder  of  this  article  and the application of such
  provision to other persons or circumstances shall  not  be  affected  by
  such holding.
