2006 New York Code - Issue Of A Non-negotiable Bill Of Lading Not So Marked.



 
    §  104.  Issue  of a non-negotiable bill of lading not so marked.  Any
  person  who  with  intent  to  defraud  issues  or  aids  in  issuing  a
  non-negotiable  bill of lading without the words "not negotiable" placed
  plainly upon the face thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
