2006 New York Code - Certification And Licensing Process.



 
    § 160-g. Certification  and  licensing  process.  1.  Applications for
  original certification and recertification, original license and renewal
  of license, and examinations shall be made in writing to the  department
  on forms approved by the board.
    2.  The  fees,  as  fixed  by  the  department pursuant to section one
  hundred sixty-f of this article, must  accompany  all  applications  for
  original certification and recertification, original license and renewal
  of license, and examination.
    3.  At the time of filing an application for certification or license,
  each applicant shall sign a pledge to  comply  with  the  standards  set
  forth  in this article and state that he or she understands the types of
  misconduct for which disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against a
  state certified real estate appraiser, or a state licensed  real  estate
  appraiser, as set forth in this article.
