2006 New York Code - Commission Rules And Regulations Promulgated By Governor



 
    § 159-d. Commission  rules  and  regulations  promulgated by governor.
  Within ninety days  of  receipt,  the  governor  may  either  adopt  and
  promulgate  any  or  all of the rules and regulations recommended by the
  commission to the governor pursuant to section one hundred  fifty-nine-b
  of  the  executive  law or return them for further consideration, with a
  written explanation of his objections. When the governor promulgates any
  rule or regulation recommended by the commission, he  shall  transmit  a
  certified copy thereof to the secretary of state, in accordance with the
  requirements  of  subdivision  one  of  section  one  hundred two of the
  executive law, including a statement as to the effective  date  of  such
  rules or regulations.
