2006 New York Code - Receipt For Custodial Property



 
  § 7-6.8 Receipt for custodial property
    A  written  acknowledgement  of  delivery by a custodian constitutes a
  sufficient receipt and discharge for custodial property transferred to a
  custodian pursuant to this part.
