  § 13-1.4 Action  in  supreme  court  to compromise controversies between
             claimants to estate assets
    An action may  be  maintained  in  the  supreme  court  to  compromise
  controversies  between  claimants  to  the  property  of  an  estate  in
  accordance with and subject to the provisions of SCPA 2106.
