2006 New York Code - When Personal And Representative Causes Of Action May Be Joined
§ 11-4.2 When personal and representative causes of action may be joined Actions or proceedings brought against a personal representative personally and in his representative capacity may be joined. In such case a judgment for the plaintiff must clearly indicate whether it is awarded against the defendant personally or in his representative capacity.
