§ 9-0811. Cooperation with federal agencies. To assure the availability and compatibility of planning data and federal assistance, the department shall cooperate with the United States department of agriculture, forest service, as provided for by the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974 (16 USC 1601 et seq.) and the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (16 USC 2101 et seq.). The department shall cooperate with any other federal agency that may be involved with planning for forest resources.
