  § 71-2909. Aiders and abettors.
    Any  person  knowingly  aiding  or  abetting  any  other person in the
  violation of any provision of article 33 of this chapter  or  any  rule,
  regulation,  or  order  of the department made pursuant thereto shall be
  subject to the same punishment and penalty as that  prescribed  by  this
  title for the violation by such other person.
