  § 71-0707. Resisting or obstructing departmental agent or employee.
    Any person who resists or obstructs an authorized agent or employee of
  the  department  while  he  is  engaged in carrying out any provision of
  section 9-0305 shall be guilty of a violation which shall be  punishable
  by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars and by an additional fine of
  not  exceeding  twenty-five  dollars  for  each  additional  day of such
  resistance or obstruction.
