2006 New York Code - Consent To Alteration Of Diversions.



 
  § 21-0707. Consent to alteration of diversions.
    1.  Consent  of  this  state  to  the  impairment, diminution or other
  adverse effect on diversions, compensating releases, rights, conditions,
  obligations,  and  provisions  for   the   administration   thereof   as
  contemplated  by  subdivision three of section three of article three of
  the compact shall not be given, except with the prior  approval  of  the
  Department of Environmental Conservation.
    2.  Except  with  respect to diversions governed by subdivision one of
  this section and the provision of the compact referred to  therein,  the
  provisions  of  section  15-1505  of this chapter shall not apply to any
  diversion or furnishing of water authorized by or made pursuant  to  the
  compact.
