2006 New York Code - Reports Of Proprietors Of Industrial Establishments.



 
  * § 17-1723. Reports of proprietors of industrial establishments.
    1.  The  report  of  the  proprietor  of every shop, factory, mill and
  industrial establishment in the state, from which refuse or waste matter
  was being discharged into any of the waters of the state on May 7, 1903,
  filed in the office of the commissioner shall constitute the evidence of
  exemption of the shop, factory, mill or  industrial  establishment  from
  the prohibition of section 17-1701.
    2.  No shop, factory, mill or industrial establishment shall be exempt
  from the prohibition of said section against the discharge of refuse  or
  waste  matter into the waters of the state, for which a report shall not
  have been made in accordance with chapter 468 of the laws of 1903.
