    § 15-2127. Error in names.
    No  error  in  the  names  of  the  owners  of  real estate, or in the
  descriptions thereof, shall invalidate such apportionment or the levying
  of assessments or taxes based thereon if sufficient description is given
  to identify such real estate, and the owners thereof.
