2006 New York Code - Practice As A Clinical Laboratory Technician And The Use Of The Title "clinical Laboratory Technician".

 
    * §  8603. Practice as a clinical laboratory technician and the use of
  the title "clinical laboratory technician". No person shall practice  as
  a  clinical  laboratory  technician  or hold himself or herself out as a
  clinical laboratory technician  in  this  state  unless  he  or  she  is
  certified or exempt pursuant to this article.
