2006 New York Code - Use Of School Buildings For Examinations.



 
    § 413. Use  of school buildings for examinations.  The use of a school
  building shall be granted for any examination.  No charge shall be  made
  therefor,  provided  always that due and proper care shall be maintained
  and the school building be left in such condition as found  in  relation
  to cleanliness and neatness.
