2006 New York Code - Jurisdiction In Actions By, Against Or Involving The Fund.



 
    § 373-a. Jurisdiction  in  actions  by, against or involving the fund.
  The state supreme court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any action,
  where the amount sought to  be  recovered,  exclusive  of  interest  and
  costs,  exceeds ten thousand dollars, brought by or against or involving
  the fund.   The  venue  of  any  such  action  shall  be  determined  in
  accordance with the provisions of the civil practice law and rules.
