2006 New York Code - Transfer Of Gospel Funds To General Fund Of Town.



 
    § 3712-a. Transfer  of  gospel funds to general fund of town.  In lieu
  of the apportionment and payment of gospel funds as otherwise authorized
  by this article, the town board of any  town  may,  by  resolution  duly
  adopted  by it and approved by the voters of such town at any regular or
  special town meeting, authorize the supervisor thereof to transfer  such
  funds  to  the  general  fund of the town, to be expended for any lawful
  town purpose.
