2006 New York Code - Apportionment Of Gospel Funds.



 
    § 3705. Apportionment  of  gospel  funds.   It shall be lawful for the
  supervisor of any town having money arising  from  the  sale  of  gospel
  lands,  and  known  as  gospel  funds, to apportion such funds among the
  several school districts of his respective town  when  authorized  under
  the provisions of section thirty-seven hundred six.
