2006 New York Code - Excess Expenditures



 
    §  3628.  Excess expenditures. Unless otherwise provided in this part,
  any  expenditure  for  transportation  in  excess   of   the   allowable
  transportation expense as determined according to the provisions of this
  part  shall  not  be used in determining the amount of any other form of
  state aid.
