    § 313-a. Prohibition   against   the   use   of  certain  material  in
  questionnaires   and   applications   for   admission   to   educational
  institutions.   No   application   for   admission  to  any  educational
  institution in the  state  of  New  York  shall  contain  any  questions
  requiring  the  involuntary  disclosure  of  the  marital  status of the
  parents of those applying for admission.
