2006 New York Code - Compensation Of Clerk And Treasurer In Common School Districts.



 
    § 2123. Compensation   of   clerk   and  treasurer  in  common  school
  districts.  The clerk and treasurer of every common school district  may
  be  entitled to receive such compensation for their services as shall be
  fixed at an annual meeting of the district. In case  such  provision  is
  not  made  at an annual meeting for the compensation of the clerk and/or
  treasurer of such common school district, the trustees of  the  district
  may fix the same.
