2006 New York Code - Powers And Duties Of A Sole Trustee.



 
    § 1605. Powers  and  duties  of a sole trustee.  The sole trustee of a
  common school district shall possess all the powers and  be  subject  to
  all  the  duties, liabilities and penalties which the law imposes upon a
  board of three trustees.
