2006 New York Code - Debts And Demands Not Affected.



 
  §  110.  Debts  and  demands  not affected. A debt, demand, judgment, or
  decree, against an insolvent, discharged as prescribed in this  article,
  is  not  affected or impaired by the discharge; but it remains valid and
  effectual, against all his property, acquired after the execution of the
  assignment. The lien, acquired by or under a judgment  or  decree,  upon
  any property of the insolvent, is not affected by the discharge.
