2006 New York Code - Appropriations For Extraordinary Criminal Actions.



 
    §  933. Appropriations for extraordinary criminal actions. It shall be
  lawful for the city, upon the certificate of the  district  attorney  of
  any  county  within the city of New York, to appropriate such sums as it
  may deem necessary, for the proper  conduct  of  a  criminal  action  of
  exceptional  difficulty. Such sums shall be raised pursuant to paragraph
  ten of subdivision a of section one hundred seventeen of  the  New  York
  city charter.
