2006 New York Code - County Superintendent Of Highways; Duties



 
    §   725.   County  superintendent  of  highways;  duties.  The  county
  superintendent of highways shall perform the duties  prescribed  by  law
  relating  to  the  construction, improvement and maintenance of highways
  and bridges in the county. He shall perform such additional and  related
  duties  as  may  be  prescribed  by  law  and  directed  by the board of
  supervisors.
