2006 New York Code - Acquisition Of Real Property; Financing Of Expenditures



 
    § 396-j. Acquisition of real property; financing of expenditures. Real
  property  required  for  any  of  the purposes set forth in this article
  shall be acquired by the  county  legislative  body  on  behalf  of  the
  authority.
    Nothing  contained  in this article, shall be construed to prevent the
  financing, in whole or in part, pursuant to the local finance law of any
  expenditure made to carry out the purposes of this article.
