2006 New York Code - Reports Of The Authority.



 
    §  396-i. Reports of the authority. The authority shall make an annual
  report to the county legislature. When it deems advisable, the authority
  may  make  interim  reports  to  the   county   legislature   with   its
  recommendations,   in   order   to  afford  the  county  legislature  an
  opportunity to take immediate action thereon.
