2006 New York Code - Inmate Not Agent Of State
* § 861. Inmate not agent of state. An inmate participating in a temporary release program shall not, merely by reason of such participation, be deemed an agent, employee or servant of the state while outside the premises of an institution pursuant to the terms of a temporary release program. * NB Expired September 1, 1977 § 861. An inmate participating in a work release program shall not, merely by reason of such participation, be deemed an agent, employee or servant of the state while outside the premises of an institution pursuant to the terms of a work release program.
