2006 New York Code - Term Of Imprisonment Of A Recaptured Prisoner



 
    §  529.  Term  of  imprisonment of a recaptured prisoner.   A prisoner
  arrested or committed in a civil action or proceeding, who escapes  from
  custody, upon his voluntary return or recapture, shall be imprisoned for
  a  term equal to that portion of his original term of imprisonment which
  remains unexpired at the time of his escape.
