2006 New York Code - Discharge Of Mental Defectives On Parole.



 
    §  445-a.  Discharge of mental defectives on parole. An inmate paroled
  pursuant to the foregoing provisions of section four hundred  forty-five
  of  this  chapter,  who is on parole, may be discharged from custody and
  parole by the state board of parole.
