    §  443.  Certificate  of  conviction  to  be delivered and copy filed.
  Whenever a prisoner is transferred to such institution at Napanoch,  the
  warden  or  superintendent  in  charge  of  the  prison, penitentiary or
  reformatory from which such prisoner is transferred shall cause  a  copy
  of  the  original certificate of conviction of such prisoner to be filed
  in the office of such warden or superintendent, and  shall  deliver  the
  original  certificate  to  the  superintendent  of  such  institution at
  Napanoch; and whenever any such prisoner shall  be  transferred  to  any
  correctional   institution   from  such  institution  at  Napanoch,  the
  superintendent shall deliver to the warden or superintendent  in  charge
  of  such  correctional institution such original certificate which shall
  be filed in the clerk's office of the same.
