2006 New York Code - Eligibility For Other Programs.



 
    §  159.  Eligibility  for  Other  Programs.  The  participation of any
  prisoner in a work release program established pursuant to this  article
  shall  in  no  way  prejudice  his  eligibility for conditional release,
  parole or discretionary reduction of sentence.
