2006 New York Code - Bail; fines; punishments; detention of witnesses.


 
    § 5. Excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines imposed,
  nor  shall  cruel  and  unusual  punishments  be  inflicted,  nor  shall
  witnesses be unreasonably detained.
