2006 New York Code - Rules, Regulations And Orders


 
    § 195.   Rules,  regulations  and  orders.  The  banking  board  by  a
  three-fifths vote of all the members thereof shall have power to  adopt,
  amend  and  enforce  such  rules,  regulations and orders as it may deem
  necessary to enable it to administer and carry  out  the  provisions  of
  this article and to prevent evasions thereof.
