2006 New York Code - Organization Of Departments And Offices.


 
    § 206. Organization of departments and offices. Subject to approval by
  the  board  of  supervisors  of  the  county,  the  county executive may
  organize departments and offices into such divisions, bureaus or offices
  and make such assignments of functions, powers and  duties  among  them,
  and from time to time change such organization or assignments, as he may
  consider advisable.
