2006 New York Code - County Executive To Hold No Other Elective Office.


 
    §  152.  County executive to hold no other elective office. The county
  executive shall, during the term for which he was elected or  appointed,
  hold  no  other elective office, except as otherwise provided in section
  fifty of this chapter.
