2006 New York Code - Special Farm Winery License.


 
    § 76-d. Special  farm  winery  license. 1. Any person may apply to the
  liquor authority for a special farm winery license  to  operate  on  the
  premises  of  an existing licensee as provided for in this article. Such
  application shall be in writing and  verified  and  shall  contain  such
  information  as  the  liquor  authority  shall require. Such application
  shall be accompanied by a check or draft for the amount required by this
  article for such license.  If  the  liquor  authority  shall  grant  the
  application it shall issue a license in such form as shall be determined
  by its rules.
    2. A special farm winery license shall authorize the holder thereof to
  operate  a  micro-winery  or  farm  winery upon the preexisting licensed
  premises of another farm winery or winery licensee. Such  license  shall
  authorize the holder thereof to all the operating privileges provided in
  sections  seventy-six-a  and  seventy-six-c  of  this  article so far as
  applicable to such licensee; provided, however, that  the  holder  of  a
  micro-winery  license  that  obtains  a  special  farm winery license to
  manufacture or produce wine on the premises of a winery or  farm  winery
  shall  have  only  the  operating  privileges  provided  for  in section
  seventy-six-f of this article.
