2006 New York Code - Review.


 
    §  250-h. Review. The determination of the commissioner in refusing to
  grant, suspending or revoking a license, or in determining a claim filed
  pursuant to this article shall  be  subject  to  review  in  the  manner
  provided  by  article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.
  The determination of the commissioner  shall  be  final,  unless  within
  thirty days from the date of service thereof on the applicant, licensee,
  claimant,  or  any  other  person  adversely  affected,  a proceeding is
  instituted to review such determination.
