    § 197. Construction  of contracts. All contracts made within the state
  for work to be done, or for the sale and delivery of  personal  property
  by  weight  or  measure shall be construed according to the standards of
  weights and measures adopted in this article and rules  and  regulations
  promulgated pursuant thereto.
