2006 New York Code - Definition.


 
    § 147-a. Definition.    Soil  or  plant  inoculants  shall include any
  carrier  or  culture  of  a  specific  micro-organism  or   mixture   of
  micro-organisms  represented to improve the soil or the growth, quality,
  or yield of plants, and  shall  also  include  any  seed  or  fertilizer
  represented to be inoculated with such a culture.
